Question

Dears,

We are using constant data for a few companies in RMS, to keep remote https links up and running. But when data coverage depletes, the https links are broken, and no "re-connect" possible, only re-create, which ofc creates a brand new link.

I've found no option to extend the add more data before the depletion - would you please advise?

Do you have Service and Auto extend options enabled in RMS web page in Services -> Management section?

Sure thing, but that's on device level (it's enabled for all devices). If I'm right, data consumption is on company level. Use parent credits are also activated, though sufficient credit is available.
