The problem, as far as I'm informed, is that router looses internet connectivity for unknown reason. The only solution known to us is rebooting until internet connection is back, which might take a couple reboots.

My speculation is 4G reception being bad (-48dB), as not all routers we have deployed shows such behaviour. Any suggestions on debugging the reason?

The firmware version you are using is quite old. Is it possible to upgrade? Here is a link so you can upgrade with the files. This should improve your mobile connectivity.
