I am getting an 'expired license' error under connection state on our unit.  I have > 20 credit on account so credits not the issue.

I have already tried disabling RMS connection, rebooting and then re-enabling. Same error appears.

Can someone assist me in resolving?

Hello,

Do you have Service and Auto extend options enabled in RMS web page in Services -> Management section? 

Could you send a serial number of your device in a private message to look into your situation?
