I have tried to connect with the RUT955 with it's default IP address. Even after multiple factory resets it does not appear to connect to my computer. My computer's internet is fine, it can connect with other RUT955s just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Have you tried to restart the computer or connect from a different device?

Can you connect via WiFi?

You should also try the bootloader procedure described here. Keep in mind, that you can only update up to the latest legacy firmware, which you can download from here.

If that does not help, return the device to your reseller.
