Question

I'm slowly despair. I have the Rut955 since 5 weeks. After the first configuration, I came to the Internet without any problems via SIM and via Hotspot. That also worked on the first campsite on vacation. When I arrived at the second campsite, I could no longer log in to the router with my cell phone. I always get this message: the connection is refused. But my wife's cell phone went.
However, since that day the router no longer passed the internet by any Hotspot. Directly on the cell phone it works without problems.
Internet via Sim was still working here. Now, after I have installed the firmware rut9_r_00.07.02.5, I don't get internet either by SIM or by Hotspot.
I don't get smart from the Teltonika Wiki. Can someone please tell me what I have to configure so that the router does what it should? In such a way that I understand it as a layperson and can implement it.

Hello,

Try to reset the device. In the web interface navigate to System -> Backup and restore the device to factory defaults.

If the mobile connection does not establish, try to enter APN manually by editing mobile interface settings in Network -> Interfaces. 

If these do not help, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
