I have a gateway in a rural area in which the signal its not the greatest, sometimes the signal from the fastest antena gets lost and sometimes it connects to roaming. My question is that what is the parameter (in automatic mode) to change between the signal, because obviously I want the one with the fastest connection, but im not sure what's the parameter to switch to the fastest antenna when available. Sometimes I have noticed that it's not instantly the switch to the 4g again.

The operation mode selection in auto setting is based on what the modem thinks would provide the best signal at a given moment, which may not necessarily result in the actual best, most reliable and fastest connection. In your case, it is suggested to experiment with the settings in Network -> Mobile -> General, by specifying 3G or 4G service modes and applying different frequency bands to find the combination, which provides most acceptable results.
