Hi,

I have a TRB 140 with FW TRB1_R_00.07.02.5 that I am not able to get online with mobile connection. The modem stays in state "disconnected" and the SIM "ready". Have tried every thinkable parameter. Troubleshooting file is attached.

Hello,

It seems that the modem does not register to the operator at all.

Did the device connect with previous firmware?

Does the same SIM card connect in a smartphone?

Could you try to check if the TRB connects with another SIM card?

What provider is the SIM card from?

Could you login to the router and navigate to Network -> Mobile -> Network operators, set connection mode to manual scan for operators and try to connect to one manually?
