Hi,

I would like to have some safety on my Router, to prevent others from getting inside.

My Router is connected to RMS, how does the connection work to the router ? VPN? https?

Is it possible with open RMS, to close all http, https connections, to prevent to be reachable by web?

THX

Hello,

You can read more details on RMS security here: https://teltonika-networks.com/downloads/en/security-mechanism-of-teltonika-remote-management-system/security-mechanism-of-teltonika-remote-management-system.pdf

As far as remote device access goes, access by HTTP(S), SSH, Telnet is disabled by default.

For general knowledge, I suggest to read advice in the following page for more in depth details on how to protect your device: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Security_guidelines

Best regards
