I got a RUTX11, and I can connect all my Apple Devices without any problem.

But on any Android device the SSID network directly does not appears.

Also, if I try to connect a Windows laptop, appears the following error: “ Can’t connect to this network”.

Any advice on what I should change on my configuration to allow the Android devices to see the network and to connect a Windows laptop?

I am using WPA3 SAE (CCMP) encryption.

Thank you very much,

Sergio

Hello,

Is this issue specific to WPA3 SAE (CCMP) encryption?

Does the network become available when you change to WPA2?

Do your Android devices and laptop's wireless interface card support WPA3, as this usually require that your devices would also have support for WiFi 6?

Best regards,
