Hello. One common category of DDoS attack is a SMS flooding attack. An SMS flooding attack occurs when a high volume of cellular SMS messages are sent to saturate and overload the website’s server.

My question is how a gateway like TRB140 deals with this kind of SMS flooding attack?

Hello,

I have consulted with the development team, however, currently, there are no tests on how the device deals with the specified SMS flooding attack. By default, it should accept any received message.

Tests will be carried out, but this may take a while.
