Hi,

We're having some issues with a RUT955 router. The problem is that we have configured some routers in Sweden and checked that the lte connection is working and then sent them to Belgium and not being able to get a connection. The sim card is form Telia and it works well in other devices. We have not changed any of the defualt lte settings. Deny data roaming is off and connection mode is set to auto. Sdk version is RUT9_R_00.07.02.4 and we are using two antenas when testing.

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Hi, we tried to update the sdk to RUT9_R_00.07.02.6 and it seems to work now after some testing. It also works with an earlier version. I attached the troubleshoot file anyway in case it can come to use.
