RMS not receiving / updating GPS position

My RUTX11 is updating the GPS position according to the position, but RMS is not showing it.

Any ideas? something I need to enable on the device

Do you have GPS monitoring enabled in RMS for the device in question?

Yes, GPS is enabled, and the MAP is showing the correct location when I log in to to device directly. Just not sending this information to RMS
