RUTX11 - SSD harddrive does not appear in the list of mounted files

Hello!

I'm using several external device with my RUTX11, USB-sticks and Harddrives and it works very properly. Since I try to connect a new SSD harddrive I failed. Type of harddrive: Western Digital Drive 1 TB USB 3.2 USB C cable with an USB A adapter.

Hello,

RUTX11 supports only USB 2.0, so devices may be simply not compatible.
