Dear Support,

we have about 100 router onsite and would like to add this to RMS.
The problem is that we have only the serial number and no MAC address. How we can handle this?

Hello,

Thank you for your question,

All devices have MAC addresses printed/engraved on their back/bottom panel near other info such as Serial, LAN MAC, WIFI SSID, and password.

However, if it is not possible to check it, please send me serial numbers via Private message.
