Question

I've RUT950 with Firmware version RUT9_R_00.07.02.6, i had just followed this guide https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Monitoring_via_MQTT but the RUT950 not answer to my MQTT request.

This is my setup

WAN IP: 172.16.0.157 

how can i solve the problem?

Hello,

Could you explain your configuration and the network?

Why do you need a bridge enabled?

Also, 172.16.0.157 is not a WAN IP, not in a sense that the address is routable over the internet.

My test it's this:

WAN (RUT950) [172.16.0.157] --> SWITCH -->  FIREWALL/NAT --> INTERNET

My PC [172.16.0.68]  --> SWITCH  -->  FIREWALL/NAT --> INTERNET

I try request data to RUT950 from local network with this comand

mosquitto_pub -h 172.16.0.157 -p 1883 -t router/get -m id

I'm connecting to RUT950 from my PC in another terminal with this comand

paolo@DESKTOP:~$ mosquitto_sub -h 172.16.0.157 -p 1883 -t router/get

id

But i recive only answer with write word "id".

I need recive mqtt message answer in local network for the next step i will send online broker.
