Hi,

I can get a connection either using wired WAN or mobile, but when load balancing selected Mobile always appears offline and all data routed over wired WAN. Please kindly advise

Thank you

James

Hello,

This indeed seems to be an issue.

Could you navigate to Network -> Mobile and select Connection type as QMI?

Also, does your device have legacy hardware design (product code contains RUT950 *G1***) or is there any other particular reason why you use legacy firmware instead of the current RutOS?

Best regards,

Thank you, setting to QMI fixed the issue. I was staying with legacy firmware because it otherwise works well. Many Thanks for your help.

Best Wishes

James
