Hi,

can not Register in RMS! Its not in my Device List and i can not add them!!??

Hello,

Please make sure the device is connected to the internet, then access the router via CLI or SSH and execute the following command:

  • uci set rms_connect_mqtt.rms_connect_mqtt.remove_from_system=1 && uci commit && /etc/init.d/rms_connect restart

This should unregister the device.

The device may be connected to the Internet but its far away from my office.

I need to register in rms to get acces!?

You do not, but you do need access to the router to connect via CLI or SSH as instructed here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Command_Line_Interfaces#CLI_.28WebUI.29.
