RUT955 missing serial number, product code, etc, cannot restore

I have a problem with 2 RUT955's used for development.  When new, I was able to upgrade to version 7 +.  One unit was restored via index.html and can only install 6.08.6.  My program needs access to sd card, USB, and RS-232.  Also using FTP and SMS.

I did a restore from file when unit was new.  Did not help.

How can both RUT955's be restored?

Hello,

Could you send me actual serial numbers of the router's? They can be found on the body of the router or the boxes the devices shipped in.
