Question

Hi 

I am having issue try to connect to T-mobile USA on my RUT240. 

I have upgraded firmware to RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5

I have tried setting the APN of fast.t-mobile.com manually

I have also tried a UK Vodafone SIM card

in Mobile connection status the is what I get

Mobile  

-51 dBm 

Data connection	Disconnected
State	registered (home); T-Mobile; 4G (LTE)
SIM card status	SIM (Ready)
Bytes received/sent *	0 B / 234.3 KB

Hello,

Could you upgrade your device to the latest 7.02.7 firmware version?

If the issue still persists, please attach another troubleshoot file.
