RUT241 lan interface not started

Hi

We have rut241, but i try disabled lan interface switch turn off -> on

Status Stopped, earlier swich turn off status Running

How would I get the interface started running?

Hello,

Could you explain your set up in more detail or provide some screenshots, a troubleshoot file?

Have you made any configuration changes or did you perform firmware update with Keep settings recently?

Are you not able to access the device, since with LAN interface off, that should not be possible, at least locally.

Have you tried to reset the router to factory defaults?

Device work mobile connection, but lan interface status Stopped

Yes i update RUT2M_R_00.07.02.7

Not try Factory reset yet

EDIT i do Factrory reset -> Interfase status Running
