I was wondering whether it was possible to reconfigure the internal clock through SMS commands as a temporary fix since the unit I have is far away, it is reachable and answers to sms commands but isn't syncing properly via ntp and doesn't return GPS data because of it, I was wondering if there was a temporary fix to the issue that I can apply remotely

Hello,

Currently, there are no dedicated SMS commands to edit time settings. 

You could try using uci commands to edit NTP configuration settings, however, there seems to be issues with these commands, which are currently being solved, thus no working firmware is available.
