We are having data roaming problem with RUT955 and Finnish SIM in Germany. SIM works fine in a phone and speedtest shows typical 4G speeds. In RUT, however speed is few kbit/s or tens of kbit/s. Overview shows State: Registered (roaming); elisa; 4G (LTE), signal strength is -71 dBm. I have attached troubleshooting file.
