I have just purchased RUT955, set it up using sim1, internet access works fine with iPhone and iPad, but not with laptop wirelessly or Samsung phone. Laptop connects fine using WAN but not wireless, any ideas please

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue by trying to connect to WiFi with both, your laptop and Samsung phone several times, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. There should be logs, which will indicate possible causes of the behavior
