Could you please assist me on the below queries.

Can Teltonika router in 360 series pull/draw data from a third-party device (.i.e. BMS Controller)? If yes, what all are the available options please?

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Crowd community.

RUT360 supports Modbus TCP/IP and with this protocol the device can pull data from a third-party device such as the BMS Controller. If the BMS does not support Modbus TCP/IP and supports Modbus RTU with RS232/485 then you can consider TRB142, TRB145, TRB245, RUT955 which can give you an expected result.
