I had to delete my initial account due to the vendor provisioning the RMS license for me.  I didn't remove the device from the account before deleting the account and now I cannot add the device to RMS as it says duplicate MAC.

How can I resolve this?

Hello,

Can you PM me the serial number of the device, the company that it is added now and the user just to be sure ?

I'll check what I can do.
