Dear Support Team, I have a RUt 240 and use it with a prepaid Simcard. This worked fine for quite a while, although most times it took me several attempts before the device connected. Now all of a sudden (I changed nothing), no data connection will establish anymore. It always shows „disconnected“. Sometimes, rarely, is goes on „connected“, but it looses the connection very soon.

Tonight, for some reason, suddenly connection was holding for a longer time. But I was unable to surf the internet though.

Any idea?

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
