I am deploying an RUT240 into a Meraki MX64 security device. Can anyone guide me on whether passthrough or bridge mode is the way to proceed. The MX64 handles DHCP, and traffic management so I can hand that over to the MSP. I am just unsure how to configure the RUT240.

Thanks all

Hello,

Both, bridge and passthrough, modes offer the same functionality, passing their mobile WAN IP address to the network interface of either the first connected device's network interface or a network card defined by its MAC address, with the exception that passthrough mode also leaves the RUT device reachable from the internet remotely or via Teltonika's Remote Management System.

Best regards,
