It just doesn't do anything anymore.

Is there anything that I can try? It seems completely dead.

Hello,

Apparently the unit is not operational. If no LEDs are active, no interface shows, when you attach ethernet cable, return the device to your reseller.

Were there any particular circumstances when the device stopped working? Any recent power outages, voltage surges?
