Hi,

my teltonika RUT 240 can't connect to RMS with the message the latest event is "Device has attempted to connect to the system." and if i send SMS with the command "monitoring_status" the state is "Connection closed" but monitoring is "enabled".

Can you help me?

Hello,
What is the router firmware version?
Kindly could you double check if both serial number and LAN MAC are inserted correctly in RMS?
Does the router have internet access?
Has the router been added/working before?

The firmware version is RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5

The seriale and MAC are correct, sometime work when i send reboot command with SMS but for a few seconds. The signal is goog signal strenght -73 db type FDD LTE

Upload latest version to your router "RUT2_R_00.07.02.7" you can find it through link below:

RUT240 Latest Firmware

Also the signal strenght seems that its very low that sometimes you may face connection issue, so set the antenna into the router to get better signal.
