Hello, someone can help to me with this?

I have a RUT300 with this settings:

- LAN STATIC IP 192.168.21.1

-WAN STATIC IP 192.168.22.1

I have computers with IP 192.168.22.2 to 192.168.22.8 connected on switch where have wired to RUT300 WAN PORT.

And i have a Robot on LAN port with IP 192.168.21.212

How can i give IP to my Robot (example 192.168.22.10) , then all computers on 192.168.22.X range can ping/access to robot?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Crowd support.

From the IP you have shared you want to connect end devices using the WAN IP. Kindly note that the WAN IP connects the router to internet. For your devices to communicate to each other they need to be on the same LAN network. Kindly confirm your connection/topology.

However, I recommend that the computers and the Robot to be connected on the same Switch an connect the switch to the LAN port of the RUT300. This way they will be on the same network, and you will be able to access/ping the robot.

Make sure the Robot’s IP address is well configured and the default gateway well configured.

Kind regards,

Shadrack.
