my modem does not get a mobile connection -> denied.

Sim card is working in other modems.

Tried factory reset, downgrade, upgrade..

I am using it in the us. I think there is a T-Mobile sim inside. Got the same configuration working in other rutx11

It might be that your router modem's IMEI is not registered in the T - Mobile's database.

I will consult with the networking laboratory about the matter.

Meanwhile I would try to update the modem firmware manually to the newest SW..

I think I got an external WAN Internet connection, but just in case, can you provide me the current modem version for the rutx11 usa edition?

Could you please confirm that the SIM card you are using is from T- Mobile?

I can't guarantee but I think it is the case. If not, it should be an Vodafone SIM.

Router is in the US and I am in Germany, If you need 100% confirmation we need to wait till my colleagues are awake (8 hours)

Another note, the modem was certified to operate on T-Mobile network with EG06ALAR02A07M4G firmware, thus, leave the modem firmware as it is.

can't confirm you 100% by now that this is a T-Mobile Sim, but I'm pretty sure, will check asap.

Anything else you gonna need from my side?

I also think, that it worked once - then made a modem update by itself due to first time internet seen and got denied afterwards.

Hello, 

T-Mobile needs some additional details:

1. Can you confirm that the Service mode is set to LTE only and the Operator setting to T-mobile? (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Mobile)

2. Can you also provide a working SIM ICCID using the RUTX11 router (Status -> Network -> Mobile)? They would like to compare the provisioning between the two.

As for Verizon, I am not familiar with their card activation procedure.

Hello,

at the moment it is on 4g+3g and on operator mode auto.

I will change it to 4g+t-mobile and give you a response.

I will send you a working iccid later on.

Location is Allendale in New Jersey

Only operators are Verizon Wireless, AT&T, 313100.

You have mentioned, that you have another working rutx11, which, I assume, also uses a T-Mobile SIM card.

Would it be possible to get the ICCID of that card, as mentioned, for comparison purposes?

Must correct,

we might have switched them to ATT and Verizon Cards because they also didn't work..

We got one new verizon now installed into this modem and it works.
