Hi,

I've just updated the firmware on my RUT950 to RUT9_R_00.07.02.7 from an old legacy version.

I use an L2TP VPN service in order to get a static IP over a 4G connection so that I can use a VNC remote desktop connection, so I have the RUT950 set up as an L2TP client.

Before the firmware update, my public IP address was the one provided by the VPN service, but since the update this is no longer the case and my public IP address is a dynamic IP provided by my 4G provider.

Can anyone tell me how I can configure the router such that the static IP address provided by the VPN is my public IP?

Any help much appreciated!
