Please download the file in this link for example instructions. This tutorial is quite dated, as is is based on a legacy design WebUI, update is in the works.
Key differences to note is that once installed, Azure package can be found under Services -> Cloud solutions section. Also, MODBUS data to Azure sending is configured in Services -> Data to server section.
There is a part, where MODBUS slave and master devices have to be configured. For reference, check this tutorial.
