Hi after a modem update on RUTx14 as per related link

We lost the modem completly, if i click on network Mobile is not even an there as an option - If i try to run the modem updater again, it says Modem ID may be incorrect or Modem is not present.

This has only happened on one of the routers we have updated 4 so far and they have all been fine.

Hello,

Instead of command  modem_updater -i <ID> -v <VERSION> try the following two:

  • modem_updater -d Quectel -r 00.07.02
  • modem_updater -d Quectel -i 1-1 -v EG12EAPAR01A12M4G -f
