The aforementioned packages are not supported by Teltonika's RutOS, however, considering that RutOS is based on OpenWRT, I would suggest to look for solutions on other forums.
Complete Prometheus package will probably not install due to the limited memory of the RUT955, however, I encountered no issues on the router's side, following instructions from this post, which uses Prometheus node exporter.
There seems to be successful Influxdb implementations on OpenWRT as well, like this one, which I encourage to look into.
