Is it possible to run two Wireguard tunnels simulatenously.

Both work if, if the other is disabled, but if both are enabled, the behaviour is erratic.

Hello,

You need to use a unique listen port for each tunnel if you are in "server" mode, and avoid any overlap in the Allowed IPs lists in any mode.
