Good morning,

I can not add new device in RMS portal because the following error is appeared (model is RUT950 and it is a new device):


Serial,MAC/IMEI,Name,Status
1125487641,00:1E:42:52:07:F8,R_Prueba,Device with this serial already exists in the system.

Hello,

Could you provide a troubleshoot file from the device or a photo of with a plate, where router's IMEI and serial would be visible, to confirm your ownership of the device and remove it from the system?
