I have an rut955 and cannot login at all can’t even get onto login page? Any help! Tried resetting and  flashing firmware nothing seems to work, I’ve programmed over 100 now first one we can’t get onto

Hello,

Does the RUT955 DHCP server provide the device's you connect from interface with an IP address? Can you ping the router?

Are you able to access the WebUI login page?

Have you checked if the default login password printed on the device is really the same as with previous devices?

By reflashing, do you mean that you have tried firmware update via bootloader menu described here? If not, please do.
