RUTX09 firmware RUTX_R_00.07.02.7 losing internet after 12 minutes

Trying to get a x09 back working, using a three uk sim card, tried using apn settings

Auto APN doesn’t work

APN: three.co.uk

Username: blank

Password: blank

No connection at all

Changed the apn to

APN: 3internet

We have internet, -51 of a signal 50mbps download speed then 12 minutes later (exactly) it loses connection and will not connect to internet until you reboot or change the apn settings again

Anyone else had any issues like this?

Thanks

Hello,

Could you check if restarting modem from the WebUI Status -> Network -> Mobile section restores your connection?

If it does, you could configure automatic modem reboot using Services -> Auto reboot -> Ping/wget reboot feature.

Aside from that, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, make sure the router looses data connectivity, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Best regards
