Good day. A problem arose. We bought a TRB255 device, in Ukraine it does not support the frequencies of local B7 operators. Question: Will this be fixed by firmware, or will it be necessary to change the device to TRB245?

Hello,

Unfortunately, operating frequencies are defined by the modem module used within the device and you will need to replace the device.

In case of TRB255, the gateway also does not support conventional LTE and is limited to LTE - Cat M1, which is a aimed at IoT devices with low data transmission rates. It might not be supported by your carrier or have coverage in your area.
