Hello,

I have a RUT240 and I would like to connect via RMS VPN to a SIEMENS S7 PLC.
I bought your RMS credits, I followed the video tutorials but my PLC is not detected during the autoscan. I've tried entering the PLC's IP address manually and it doesn't work. I tried to PING and the address is not responding.
It seems that the LAN port is not enabled for communication.
Can you kindly help me?
Thank you

Hello,

Give gateway IP to end device.

First of all, go to Web UI - System - Administration - Troubleshoot - diagnostic. Here ping your LAN device.

Now, check to RMS VPN and auto scan, the LAN device will be visible here.

You can access your LAN device Remotely.

Thank you.

Hello,

I have kind of the same problem with RUT360 and PLC, except I can already ping my LAN device (PLC).

I have set-up the RMS VPN Hub to the PLC's LAN IP, the PLC also has the gateway IP filled in to the RUT's IP.

Once connected with the OpenVPN Connect software I can't reach the PLC from my PC.

Can you help me out?

Thanks in advance.
