I have already used 1 month free service. After one month the router is not going online even I have purchased the license key for the router. I have already applied the credit in the account but router keeps on failing.

Hi,

After you purchase credits and the device had his credit already expired, you need to switch on the monitoring manually.

To do that, go to Services -> Management in RMS, and enable the service for your desired device or devices
