Bootloader Image for RUT950

Hello, I own a RUT950 1411E7 FW rev 0202. I tried to update the firmware into multiple versions but the update was never ending. (for more than 1 hour). I have search the forum for similar problems but I couldn't found the bootloader image. My thinking is: The update of the firmware cannot be completed and I would like to update the bootloader first. Is it possible to have the bootloader image?
