Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to change the Company assigned to a device in the RMS management interface.

I didn't find any option to proceed and the only solution than seem to exist is to delete and recreate the device.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to move a device from one RMS company to another. Currently, such functionality does not exist. If you want to do it, you would have to unregister the device first and then register it with the other company. 

I presume that you know how to add a device to RMS, but I will leave the link to the video HERE anyways.

Is this still not supported? I would like also to reassign devices to subcompanies without having to unregister and reregister them.
