Hello Teltonika Team,

We use the USB to Serial service and send about 1000 bytes of data to this interface every minute. This data is then transferred to a server via TCP/IP. This works without problems for the first time. At some point, the communication is then interrupted and no more data is transmitted. The data transfer only works after the router has been restarted. 

This problem occurs regularly every 3 hours. 

Why is this communication not possible permanently?

It is difficult to estimate the cause for what you have described, as no recurring issue is known.

Knowing your device, firmware and configuration details would be really helpful, thus I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file from the device generated after it stops transmitting the data. Please, make sure to replicate the issue, do not reboot, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Edit your question for an option to attach the file.
