It should be possible, however, from what you have provided, it seems that you will need to subnet your network properly, meaning that each peer and devices behind will have to be in a different subnet.
Aside from the server having all of the peer's IPs defined, each endpoint will also have be aware of any IPs, which may be routed via that WG tunnel.
I would suggest to take a look at the configuration example in this link, if that is what you wan to achieve.
