Hi,

I have a RUT360 installed on my boat with 4G connection and acting as a wireless access point. Everything was working up until 3 weeks ago.

The three signal strength LEDs flash continuously every second. There is no 3G nor 4G LED.

I still have access to the router via wifi.

I’ve sourced and replaced the SIM card with a new SIM

I’ve done a factory reset

I’ve uploaded and flashed the latest firmware.

I have no mobile network connection in the webui. MOB1S1A1 says it is stopped.

Hello,

The troubleshoot file does not have file containing mobile logs. Event logs do not show modem getting attached to the processor during device initialization state and there is no mobile interface in interfaces list. This indicates modem hardware issue and you should return the device for warranty repair or replacement.
