Hello

We are having a problem with RMS VPN HUB, till yesturday we were able to connect to site by VPN HUB.

Now the openVPN tells us that we are connected but in RMS VPN HUB there are no sessions

Hello,

Could you try one of the following:

  • In RMS web page, open your VPN HUB details window, switch to Clients tab, press Update configuration and certificates and redownload the ovpn configuration file.
  • Remove previous VPN HUB and recreate a new one.
