Hello,

I've never used this device before. When I try to add it to the RMS, I get the "Device with serial XXXXXXXXXX from entry number 1 already exists" error. When looking at the RMS connection status within the Modem I get the "Expired License" error. How do I resolve these issues?

Your device should be removed by now. Try adding it again.

Hello,

Please send your device's serial number in a private message. I would also like you to send a photo of the device plate with a serial and IMEI numbers visible or a troubleshoot file from the device to be sure of your ownership of the device.
