Could you provide more details on your issue?
Does the device provide the connected LAN device with an IP lease?
Does it belong to 192.168.1.0 subnet?
Are you able to access WebUI login page via 192.168.1.1 and only login credentials are not accepted?
Have you tried to factory reset your device again?
If that does not help, try updating your device's firmware via bootloader menu. Please download this firmware image and upload it following instructions here.
